WILLOW PARKING HEATHROW – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all parking services provided by Willow Parking Heathrow (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By making a booking or using our services (either directly or through a third-party platform), you agree to these Terms.

These Terms are governed by English law and comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

2. Our Service

Willow Parking Heathrow offers a cost-effective Park & Ride airport parking service designed to provide a convenient alternative to on-airport parking.

To maintain competitive pricing, certain operational procedures apply. Please review these Terms carefully to ensure the service meets your expectations.

3. Bookings & Payment

Your booking is confirmed only once a valid booking reference has been issued.

Full payment must be made before the start of your parking period.

Additional Charges (where applicable):

  • Late arrival – £20 per day
  • Early return – £20 per occurrence
  • Overstay beyond booked period – charged at the applicable daily rate
  • Vehicle collection outside standard hours (04:00–23:59) – £30

These charges reflect additional operational requirements.

4. Cancellations & Amendments

Direct Bookings:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start time may incur a £15 admin fee
  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable
  • No-shows are non-refundable

Third-Party Bookings:

If your booking is made via a third-party platform, their cancellation and refund policies will apply.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Where bookings are made through external websites or agents, Willow Parking Heathrow is responsible only for delivering the parking service.

All booking-related details such as pricing, promotions, and refund policies remain the responsibility of the third-party provider.

6. Airport Charges

We provide complimentary shuttle transfers to and from Heathrow Airport terminals.

Please note that Heathrow Airport may apply separate drop-off or access charges, which are not included in our parking fees.

Customers are responsible for paying any such airport charges.

7. Vehicle Handling & Parking

Your vehicle will be parked in one of our approved parking locations.

For operational efficiency, vehicles may be moved between locations during the parking period.

Facilities may vary between locations, and we do not guarantee that vehicles will remain in a single location throughout.

8. Vehicle Requirements & Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure their vehicle is:

  • Roadworthy
  • Legally compliant (valid MOT, tax, and insurance)

We strongly recommend that customers:

  • Remove all valuables from the vehicle
  • Take photos at drop-off and collection
  • Inspect the vehicle before leaving the site

We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle is deemed unsafe or non-compliant.

9. Liability & Damage

Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk unless damage is proven to be caused by our negligence while in our care.

We are not responsible for:

  • Mechanical or electrical faults
  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
  • Minor cosmetic marks
  • Weather damage or events beyond our control
  • Loss of items left inside the vehicle

Where liability is accepted, compensation is limited to a maximum of £750 per incident, subject to your legal rights.

10. Reporting Issues

Any damage or concerns must be reported as soon as possible, ideally before leaving the premises.

Late claims may not be accepted if verification is not reasonably possible.

11. Repairs & Claims

If liability is accepted:

  • Repairs must be carried out by our approved repairers
  • Customers must not arrange repairs without written approval
  • A £750 excess applies per claim

We do not deal directly with insurers or third-party claims companies.

12. Shuttle Transfers

Our shuttle service operates with a maximum capacity of 8 passengers per trip.

For larger groups, additional arrangements or charges may apply.

Please allow sufficient time for transfers to the airport.

13. ULEZ & Road Charges

Heathrow falls within the London Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ).

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable road charges.

We recommend setting up Auto Pay where required.

We are not responsible for any fines or penalties incurred.

14. Personal Belongings

All personal items left inside vehicles are at the owner’s risk.

15. Safety & Conduct

Customers must follow all on-site instructions and safety guidelines.

We are not responsible for incidents resulting from failure to comply.

16. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, strikes, or emergencies.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

The version in place at the time of booking will apply to your reservation.
